I am obsessed with the beautiful land Land of Saint’s grapes are grown on. Their goal is to create wines that encapsulate a true sense of place. This 2021 chardonnay is no exception, utilizing native yeasts in fermentation and battonage to give the wine an enhanced texture and minerality. Lemon curd, baking spice, and vanilla on the palate, this wine has just the right amount of heft to make it both food friendly and an easy solo sipper.
We absolutely love Land of Saints and it’s because they love California so much and it shows in their wine.
